North Korea launches missile ahead of US drills

North Korea test-fired a ballistic missile this week into waters off Japan, after Tokyo tested a U.S.-made Tomahawk last month. This also comes ahead of U.S. drills scheduled to take place August 17th. Jenny Town with the Stimson Center weighs in.
