Trump, Vance announce fraud whistleblower program

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance unveiled a $25 million Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program (WHIP) during a Tuesday afternoon announcement in the Oval Office with the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud.
