Rep. Greg Casar speaks on ICE shooting in Texas

Austin police are sharing more information and videos from their response to Sunday's ICE shooting in North Austin. New video released by APD appears to show 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez involved in a traffic stop with federal agents. On Wednesday, we heard remarks from local leaders, including Congressman Greg Casar, the U.S. Representative for Texas's 35th Congressional District. Rep. Casar had the chance to visit Wilber Garces Perez and do a “medical check” according to his remarks.
