Lindsay Clancy verdict: Judge declares mistrial

the Judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has declared a mistrial in the case, this comes as the jury returned a note to the court saying they could not come to a unanimous decision for the third time.  The Judge gave Clancy's Lawyer one hour to obtain an appeal on the mistrial ruling.
