Kissimmee, Florida mayor arrested for grand theft

Kissimmee mayor Jackie Espinosa was accused and charged with grand theft and fraud. The Florida Attorney's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement say Espinosa created a city program to give small business owners grants, then had family and friends apply to receive funds.
