12-year-old charged in Sonic employee's murder

A 12-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Sonic employee at a restaurant outside of Dallas. Matt Davis, 32, was fatally shot by that 12-year-old after the employee asked someone in Davis' vehicle to stop urinating on the property, Keene police said.
