Jordan Neely: NYC mayor speaks on subway death

New York City Mayor Eric Adams spoke Wednesday on the death of Jordan Neely, who investigators said died after being held in a chokehold on an NYC subway. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is investigating the incident and a grand jury will likely decide whether charges are filed against the man seen on video choking Neely.
