Patrick Lyoya police shooting: Crump outraged at officer's actions

Famed civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, who is representing the family of Patrick Lyoya after the 26-year-old was killed by a Grand Rapids, Michigan, police officer, expressed outraged over the officer decision to shoot Lyoya in the back of the head.
