We are learning more on Monday as the state of Minnesota and the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul announced that they are suing the federal government to stop an influx of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents following the fatal shooting of a Minneapolis woman. The lawsuit comes alongside a request for a temporary restraining order to halt the enforcement action or limit the operation. Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, spoke alongside other local and state officials including Keith Ellison, Minnesota's Attorney General.
