DOJ ends police probes in Phoenix, Minneapolis

Under Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, the Justice Department is dismissing with prejudice Biden-era lawsuits and closing investigations into the Minneapolis and Louisville police departments. The DOJ is also ending its investigation into the Phoenix Police Department and withdrawing previous findings of constitutional violations including excessive violence, racial discrimination, and rights violations.
