Eighteen days have passed since 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, the mother of NBC "Today" show host Savannah Guthrie, went missing from her Tucson-area residence on February 18th. Investigators maintain the belief that she was taken by force. An official with the Pima County Sheriff's Department has released a statement with the latest updates. We are hearing more as the 84-year-old mother of NBC "Today" show host Savannah Guthrie remains missing in Southern Arizona for a seventeenth day. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos addressed recent rumors regarding the handling of evidence and his department's relationship with federal authorities in an one-one-one interview with FOX 10's Justin Lum following recent developments in the investigation. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache is speaking with TMZ’s Michael Babcock as the Pima County Sheriff's Department says they have not confirmed the number of leads investigators are pursuing related to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. This comes as Feb. 17 marks the seventeenth day since the 84-year-old mother of NBC "Today" show host Savannah Guthrie, disappeared from her Tucson-area home. The Pima County Sheriff's Department says investigators are working to locate Guthrie's pacemaker. They are also continuing to process evidence that was obtained from search warrants executed last week. 

We are learning more this Monday as the Sheriff of Pima County confirms in a new social media post that the Guthrie family, including all siblings and spouses, have been cleared as suspects relating to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. The Pima County Sheriff's Department issued the following statement from Sheriff Chris Nanos. "To be clear…the Guthrie family - to include all siblings and spouses - has been cleared as possible suspects in this case. The family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case.” 

The search for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie entered its 15th day Sunday. In a new video posted to social media, Savannah Guthrie, Nancy’s daughter and a co-host of the "Today" show, says that it is “never too late” for the suspect in her mom’s disappearance to come forward. This comes as FBI investigators have reportedly recovered gloves that appear to match those worn by a masked suspect seen in surveillance footage that was taken surrounding Guthrie’s Catalina Foothills home. Authorities are currently awaiting laboratory results to confirm a DNA match before entering the profile into a national database to identify the individual.
