Body camera video released Friday shows Paul Pelosi, the husband of then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as he was hit in the head with a hammer by an intruder at the couple's home in San Francisco. The suspect, David Depape, spoke with our FOX 2 San Francisco team.

After classified documents were found at the homes of former President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, as well as at the residence of President Biden, the National Archives has asked past presidents and vice presidents to check for classified documents. Tesla's massive price cuts are shaking up the auto industry and impacting decisions for current owners and prospective buyers. The lowest-priced Model 3 dropped to $43,990 from $46,990, a 6.4% drop For people currently in, or considering entering, the Tesla market -- price cuts of 20% or more don't come around often, so acting now is in your best interest before any corrections in the opposite direction. For current Tesla owners, the best course of action is to keep the keys and wait for the market to shift. Eventually the value of your Tesla will normalize the longer it's in your possession. Elon Musk took the witness stand Friday to defend 2018 tweets claiming he had lined up the financing to take Tesla private in a deal that never came close to happening. Some investors said the tweet cost them millions. At one point during Musk's testimony, he said, "I care a great deal about retail investors. They are our most loyal and steadfast investors." The trial hinges on the question of whether a pair of tweets that Musk posted on Aug. 7, 2018, damaged Tesla shareholders during a 10-day period leading up to a Musk admission that the buyout he had envisioned wasn?t going to happen. Vice President Kamala Harris arrived in Arizona on Jan. 19 where she highlighted federal efforts to create a "clean energy economy." Harris visited Tonopah, a town about 50 miles west of Phoenix, for the groundbreaking of the Ten West Link Transmission Line, an energy infrastructure project intended to connect power grids in Arizona and California. Although today?s visit was all about clean energy, critics want the White House to turn more of its attention to the southern border. ?You come to a border state where you have border community needs, that we are addressing border issues every day, the tragedies of it the sadness of it," Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels said.
