Reports from our partners at FOX 5 DC say that according to D.C. Fire and EMS, all victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. The ongoing law enforcement investigation has shut down the 5900 block of 16th Street, NW, from Missouri Avenue to Oglethorpe Street, NW, in both directions.
