Michael Harding was discovered fatally shot at an empty home in 2022. Thomas O’Donnell has entered a plea of not guilty regarding Harding's death. O’Donnell faces a potential death sentence if he’s convicted of killing Harding, who was the husband of a captain in the California Highway Patrol.

According to police, the initial call came in around 7:10 to 7:15 p.m. and authorities later confirmed that three victims were shot, including a child. The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact the local police department.
