Taylor added that bomb was intended to target the Fort Worth area. According to court documents, Mohammad Dawood Alokozay is now charged with making a terroristic threat. Taylor reports: "He came into the U.S. as a part of the Biden admin’s Operation Allies Welcome, just like the D.C. shooting suspect. On September 7 2022, he was admitted as a lawful permanent resident. ICE has lodged a detainer on him."
