Haley Stevens of Michogan announced the action on Wednesday, saying Kennedy has failed to fulfill his responsibilities. She had previously pledged in September that she would bring the articles forward. “Today, I formally introduced articles of impeachment against Robert F. Kennedy Jr. RFK Jr. has abandoned science and the safety of the American public. Michiganders cannot endure another day of his chaos."

A Kentucky State University student is dead and another critically injured after an alledged targeted attack on campus. Frankfort police said 48-year-old Jacob Lee Bard, of Evansville, Indiana, was booked on murder and first-degree assault charges in connection with the campus shooting. A motive has not been announced and Bard was not a student at the University.
