Duffy said $73-million in highway funds would be withheld from the state unless the flawed system is fixed and the invalid licenses revoked. Accoring to reports Moore and the victim had been having relations for multiple years before the incident. Moore allegedly stalked the victim and called and messaged the victim numerous times. Moore is also accused of breaking into the victims home. A judge set his bond for $25k on Friday. Moore was charged with home invasion, breaking and entering, and stalking. His next court date is set for January 22, 2026 at 9 AM. A judge set his bond at $25k.

Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty. Robinson is being held in jail without bail.
