We have learned that at least 182 million people were under watches or warnings for ice and snow. According to FOX Weather, the highest snow accumulation reached 23.3 inches in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and the greatest ice total was 1.0 inch in Oxford, Mississippi.
