The family of a Gilgo beach murder victim has filed a new lawsuit against Rex Heuermann and his wife. On Monday, attorney John Ray filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Benjamin Torres, the only child of Valerie Mack, according to court documents obtained by Fox News.
