A suspect is dead after a shooting involving ICE occurred in Minnesota. According to ICE officials an agent was attacked and "feared for his life." The agent shot and killed the rioter in self defense.

A shooting involving ICE occurred in Minnesota on Wednesday, according to Governor Tim Walz. The condition of the person shot is not yet known. Bystanders and law enforcement can be seen swarming the scene. An offcial update is set for 1:00PM ET.
