Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey along with city officials are calling for the arrrest of the ICE agent who shot and killed a woman during a protest in Minneapolis. According to Federal officials Renee Nicole Good, had tried to run over immigration agents with her car but the city mayor said the agent who shot her had acted recklessly. Videos of the incident show ICE agents approaching a car which is in the middle of the street. As it attempts to drive off, one of them points his gun at the driver and at least two shots are heard. The FBI is investigating with out the help of local or state officials.

The FBI will lead the investigation into the fatal shooting by an ICE official in Minneapolis, and state officials are barred from helping in the investigation, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).  The BCA says it was called to help investigate, but federal officials have "reversed course" and now the BCA will no longer have access to case materials.  An ICE official fatally shot 37-year-old Renee Good on Wednesday morning. Federal officials claim the ICE official acted in self-defense, but local leaders dispute that claim. Frank McGaha, U.S. Navy veteran and federal law enforcement professional weighs in.

We are learning tonight what city officials in Portland, Oregon are saying about the U.S. Customs and Border Protection members who were allegedly conducting a "targeted vehicle stop" that left two people injured. This comes after Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary Dept. of Homeland Security, posted on social media that border patrol agents were conducting a traffic stop when this incident occurred. The Department of Homeland Security’s agencies include Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Border Patrol.
