Luigi Mangione appeared in court again on Thursday, exactly one year after United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was shot and killed outside a Manhattan hotel. Mangione, 27, is charged with Thompson's murder, after a days-long manhunt for the suspect led authorities to a McDonald's in Pennsylvania, where they arrested Mangione. Mangione's attorneys are now fighting to have evidence gathered at that McDonald's thrown out, alleging Mangione was not read his Miranda Rights. The evidence includes the contents of Mangione's backpack -- which contained the suspected murder weapon and his journals -- as well as statements he gave to police at the time of his arrest.
