Jason Gunn is a digital content creator for FOX TV Stations’ digital platforms. 

A Virginia native, Jason began his career in broadcast news in Norfolk, Virginia, as an assignment editor coordinating coverage with reporters and producers.

Throughout his career, Jason has covered major, high-profile stories, including the D.C. Sniper trials and the Casey Anthony case in Orlando.  Working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, he developed the ability to quickly assess information, verify facts, and deliver clear, accurate reporting that connects with audiences.

As the media landscape evolved, Jason expanded into public-sector communications, where he led media relations, crisis communication, digital content strategy, and community outreach for large, high-visibility organizations. His experience in state and public office strengthened his ability to craft messaging that informs, builds trust, and reaches diverse communities.

Today, Jason continues to focus on digital storytelling and audience engagement, bringing together his experience in journalism and strategic communications to produce meaningful, impactful content across platforms.

Outside of work, he is a dedicated father to his son, Lennox, and enjoys following sports, mixed martial arts, and creating digital content.
