What you can do:
Coupons for Troops says the most important coupons service members need are for food and baby supplies, followed closely by common household goods.
The program accepts manufacturer's coupons that are no more than 60 days past their expiration date, which gives the program enough time to process and ship them overseas before they become invalid.
Store coupons — such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Safeway, Walgreens — cannot be used in overseas commissaries as well as coupons printed from the internet.
