A strange hay bale theft was captured on camera in Uleybury, South Australia, with CCTV showing two drivers moving the bale by wedging it between their cars.

Brent Lawrence from the sanctuary told 7 News that the suspects cut through a fence at a nearby farm to steal the bale.

The video also reveals that the plan didn’t go as intended, as the bale began to fall apart while the drivers traveled downhill.
